How selling works

From idea to paid in four steps.

  1. Build

    Design a plugin in the Workbench — or describe it and let the Build Assistant start it for you.

  2. Submit

    Name it, price it and send it from Creator Studio. The exact version you submit is the one reviewed.

  3. Go live

    HMD approves it and it goes on sale in the Marketplace. You're told in the plugin and by email.

  4. Get paid

    70% of each sale is yours. Payouts go straight to your bank through Stripe once $25 is ready.

How do I get the membership into Plugin Supermarket?
Check out with the same email you use for Plugin Supermarket. Open the plugin, go to Settings → Account and press Refresh — it shows "Creator Program: Member" within a few minutes.
How much can I charge for my plugins?
Anything from $3 to $100. You set the price when you submit, and you keep 70% of every sale.
How and when do I get paid?
Through Stripe, straight to your bank. Each sale is held for 30 days (for refunds), then paid automatically once you have $25 ready. You set up payouts once in Creator Studio.
Does HMD review my plugin?
Yes — every release is checked before it goes on sale, so the Marketplace stays good. If something needs changing, you'll see exactly why in Creator Studio.
What are the 10 free HMD Originals?
Each month you can pick 10 HMD Originals at no cost. They're yours to keep. Unused picks don't roll over.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your helpmedevvon.com account. You keep everything until the end of the month you paid for, and plugins you own stay yours.
